The firm was established in 2003 by David Hague and David Nicholls, both former partners of Knight Frank, with over 60 years combined experience.
In December 2011, Peter Hague joined as a director from Jones Lang LaSalle. Peter brings over 25 years of experience and with the aim of broadening the scope of services offered. Peter is one of the most respected commercial property valuers in the region, acting for most of the high street lenders, but he also has an established track record in Landlord & Tenant work and, more recently, public sector consultancy.
