Background
 Hague Nicholls is a niche property investment agency founded in October 2003 by David Hague and David Nicholls, both ex-partners of Knight Frank.
Operating out of Leeds (David Nicholls - seated) and Sheffield (David Hague - standing), we are the only niche investment practice with a presence in Yorkshire's two largest cities. We have over 40 year's combined property investment experience; covering the highs and lows of the markets since the mid-1980's.
About Us
 We are a client-focused practice, acting for a range of institutional, property company and private clients who we know well and with whom we have developed a strong business relationship over the years.
We pride ourselves on our straightforward approach to the buying and selling of property; easy to get on with and reliable in what we say. Being from Yorkshire, we tend not to call a spade an "earth-inverting horticultural implement"!
Here we are looking busy in our earlier incarnation at LSH. Not a grey hair in sight!!
